Chambers O’Brien retained search services are similar to those for our contingency based services but with a few differences.

The major difference is that we are paid a portion of our fee up front by the client to conduct the search. The client assumes some of the financial risk up front, but gains a consultant dedicated exclusively to that particular search and exclusive rights to all candidates identified.

Retained services are often used when the search for a professional is deemed urgent or is extremely confidential.
